Here's smth funny. The National Library just found out a few days ago that my dad owes them 15¢. And that was like yrs ago but they found out only now. How efficient. They sent a letter to my daddy. The silly thing is... The librarians took time to type the letter out, print, buy and paste a stamp, put it into an envelope and post it. Isn't it easier that they just forget abt the little bit of $? xD They actually went thru so much trouble for that 15¢! And the entire process costs more than what my dad owes! This is just plain silly... They didn't use their brain. Well, maybe they're upright ppl and wants to get back what they have to but to go thru all this... Lol xD
